Should shorter periods be available between bookings, a minimum nightly stay will not be required.

FOR GROUPS IN EXCESS OF THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Please contact us for a quotation based on the number of people in your party. Rates vary depending on the number of guests in your group.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your reservation will hold the rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your executed contract, your rent cannot be refunded unless the Lodge and/or guesthouse is re-rented (and then less a $100.00 administrative fee).

Deposit of ½ rental term is required to secure reservation

NOTE:

 Rates do not include lodging and sales tax  (6.8%) and $275.00 cleaning fee.

Pets are welcome, an additional cleaning fee and deposit is required.
